Arrival & Late Policy
- To help sessions run smoothly, particularly during busy periods such as weekends and school holidays, we ask that all customers arrive on time for their booking.

- Please arrive on time to ensure you have the full session to enjoy your painting experience.

- If you think you may be running late, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

- Due to demand during busy sessions, late arrivals may result in reduced painting time, as sessions cannot always be
extended.

- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Unfinished Item Policy

We have reviewed our policy regarding unfinished items, as a number are being left in the studio and forgotten about. Ideally, we encourage customers to finish their item during their first visit, however we understand this isn’t always possible.

- The cost of your item includes one return visit to finish your piece.

- If you book your return visit at the time of payment and return within one month, you may leave your item at the studio.

- If your return visit will be longer than one month, you will need to take your item home with you.

- You will be given a slip so we can keep track of ownership and the number of visits made to complete the item.

- Third and subsequent visits will be charged a £5 studio fee per person, per visit.

Unless an agreement has been made to extend the time, items left at the studio for more than 6 months will be disposed of.
